Cinema City chain comprises 95 cinemas with 899 screens in 7 countries. Basing on the signed agreements until April 2011, there are 36 cinemas under development with more than 360 screens in 5 countries.
In 2009 theatre activity had the highest share in the Company's revenues (close to 82%). Poland was the biggest market of the Company's operation with an approximate 50% share in the total Cinema City's revenues.

3. How many cinema tickets were sold by Cinema City in 2010 and in the previous years and what was the average ticket price in particular countries in 2009?
In 2010 Cinema City sold 30.5 million tickets in all countries of operation. The highest numer of tickets was sold in Poland (49.2%). In 2009 the average ticket price in the cinemas of Cinema City equaled EUR 4.09. The highest average price was achieved in Israel, which was EUR 5.24.

4. What is the Company’s dividend policy?
At this moment the Company does not plan to pay dividend as most of the free cash flows are financing the massive development plan. Nevertheless such decision can be changed taking into consideration other factors like the Company’s results, structure of financing etc.
