Information on the number of admissions in the Cinema City chain in 2011

The Board of Managing Directors of Cinema City International N.V. (the "Company") informs that the number of admissions in the Cinema City International multiplexes in all countries of operation equaled 35.5 million in 2011 compared to 30.5 million in 2010, which represents 16.2% growth on annual basis.
