Information on the number of admissions in the Cinema City chain in 2009 (7 January 2010)

The Board of Managing Directors of Cinema City International N.V. (the "Company") informs that the number of admissions in the Cinema City International multiplexes in all countries of operation equaled 27,5 million in 2009 compared to 22,2 million in 2008, which represents 23,8% growth on annual basis.
