I.T. International Theatres (ITIT), an Israeli company, holds almost 54% of Cinema City International N.V. The Greidinger family has indirect control over ITIT through its majority shareholding in Israel Theatres Limited.

Mr Moshe J. (Mooky) Greidinger is the President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Cinema City International and Mr Israel Greidinger is the Member of the Management Board and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. The Greidinger family has been active in the cinema business for almost 80 years. The grandfather of Mr Moshe Greidinger and Mr Israel Greidinger opened his first cinema in Haifa, Israel in 1929.
