In 2009 Cinema City sold 27.5 million tickets in all countries of operation. The highest numer of tickets was sold in Poland (56%). In 2009 the average ticket price in the cinemas of Cinema City equaled EUR 4.09. The highest average price was achieved in Israel, which was EUR 5.24.

4. What is the Company’s dividend policy?
At this moment the Company does not plan to pay dividend as most of the free cash flows are financing the massive development plan. Nevertheless such decision can be changed taking into consideration other factors like the Company’s results, structure of financing etc.
